Description

You will design and implement scalable OLTP data solutions within an agile environment. You own the full lifecycle of data persistence and transport solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient models.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data persistence and transport solutions using modern data technologies.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to validate system behavior and identify technical issues.
• Generate and review design documents based on project requirements and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support architectural standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple workloads within an agile project team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience developing OLTP platforms and data modeling.
• Deep understanding of AWS data services and managed services including Atlas and Snowflake.
• Extensive experience with relational databases such as Postgres and MS SQL.
• Proficiency with NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB.
• Experience developing scalable data access using APIs and Kafka producers/consumers.
• Strong understanding of data management and architecture best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
