Description

Design order management processes within a large-scale telecom transformation program.

You will analyze telecom business processes to define functional requirements and guide implementation teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design workflows using BPMN and Sigma OM frameworks.
• Map requirements to TM Forum standards and Open API concepts.
• Analyze telecom business processes to define functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Order Management Design.
• Deep knowledge of Sigma OM and BPMN.
• Hands-on experience with TM Forum frameworks.
• Understanding of Telecom Product Life Cycle Management.
• Practical experience with API and Open API concepts.
• Ability to work within large-scale transformation programs.

• Any Graduate degree.
