Description

You will lead the implementation, support, and optimization of OMP supply chain solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and existing functionalities to build or fix solutions.
• Translate user requirements into functional designs, application configurations, and testing scenarios.
• Maintain and support OMP solutions for key users via 2nd and 3rd line support.
• Document all system aspects, including URS, process flows, functional specifications, and SOPs.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams and manage customer relationships as required.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in OMP Supply Chain implementation or support.
• Techno-functional knowledge of OMP Demand Planning & Forecasting, Operational Supply Planning, and Production Planning.
• Experience with OPAL (OM partners) and integrating OMP with external ERP systems.
• Proficiency in web services technologies and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Functional knowledge of Demand and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or SAP (SD, MM, and PP).
• Ability to perform application configuration and technical design.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, Java, or Macro languages (Visual Basic or C).
• Master's degree.
