Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for the Order Management System, owning test strategy, execution, and defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for OMS functionality.
• Validate end-to-end order flow processes including creation, sourcing, fulfillment, returns, and cancellation.
• Perform integration testing with upstream and downstream systems such as eCommerce, ERP, WMS, and POS.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
• Maintain traceability of test cases to business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing an Order Management System (OMS).
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle processes (capture, split, allocation, sourcing, shipping, cancellation, returns).
• Solid knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
• Exposure to retail/eCommerce business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manhattan OMS, IBM Sterling OMS, Mule or similar platforms.
