Design and lead the architecture for IBM Sterling OMS implementations within large-scale retail environments.
Responsibilities
Architect and design business modules using OMS APIs and services, ensuring alignment with technical standards.
Lead technical workshops and stakeholder management to drive desired outcomes and bridge business-technology gaps.
Oversee CI/CD processes, including build and deployment strategies for IBM Sterling OMS and Call Centre applications.
Manage teams of 10-30 engineers within Agile delivery frameworks, utilizing JIRA and Confluence for collaboration.
Provide L2/L3 support oversight and ensure robust customization of product modules.
Required Skills
12+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years specifically in IBM Sterling OMS.
Proven track record of 2+ full implementations of IBM Sterling OMS for medium to large retailers.
Deep expertise in Order Management Foundation modules: Distributed Order Management, Supply Collaboration, Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, and Reverse Logistics.
Strong domain knowledge in Retail Commerce and Order Management Systems.
Hands-on experience with the latest versions of IBM Sterling OMS and IBM Sterling Call Centre application.
Experience in technical architecture analysis and business module design.
Leadership experience managing teams of 10-30 people in large transformation programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Previous leadership roles in large-scale IT transformation programs.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
