Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of OnBase software and hardware environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware components, ensuring compatibility with complex system specifications.
• Troubleshoot networking, operating system, and system outages to maintain availability.
• Upgrade systems with new releases while building and maintaining internal technical documentation.
• Research and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• OnBase administration and management expertise.
• Workflow configuration and management.
• Data migration experience.
• System maintenance and performance monitoring.
• Shell and kernel-level programming.
• Troubleshooting complex networking and operating system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
