Description

You will serve as the primary technical resource for the development, customization, administration, and operations of the Business Process Management platform and associated applications, specifically OnBase.

Responsibilities

• Lead application configuration, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and updates.
• Coordinate IT and Business resources for platform administration, deployments, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Analyze requirements, workflows, and procedures to identify automation improvements for existing and new systems.
• Ensure high availability, proper function, and 24x7 application performance.
• Conduct end-user training and manage system-wide integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in OnBase BPM development and customization.
• Proven expertise in OnBase administration and system operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities for complex BPM platforms.
• Ability to lead technical activities and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Experience with system-wide integrations and application enhancements.
• Any Graduate degree.
