Description

You will administer, configure, and maintain the Hyland OnBase platform, ensuring system stability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer OnBase repositories, document types, keywords, and retention policies.
• Design and develop scalable document management solutions and workflow automation using WorkView.
• Build integrations using Hyland APIs, RESTful services, and enterprise application interfaces.
• Manage user access, security configurations, and system performance monitoring.
• Support upgrades, patches, migrations, and provide production troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase administration and development.
• Strong proficiency in designing and supporting OnBase Workflow solutions.
• Experience configuring core OnBase modules, including WorkView.
• Proven ability to develop integrations using Hyland APIs and RESTful web services.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with C# and .NET development frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hyland OnBase certifications and experience with Unity Forms/Client.
• Experience integrating OnBase with ERP, CRM, or HR systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
