Description

You will design, develop, and configure OnBase document management and workflow solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for OnBase solutions.
• Implement and maintain OnBase modules, including Workflow, Workview, Unity Forms, DIP, and API integrations.
• Develop custom scripts, configurations, and automation to enhance system functionality.
• Integrate OnBase with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and HR systems via APIs and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing operational support, upgrades, and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an OnBase Developer or similar ECM developer.
• Strong knowledge of Hyland OnBase modules: Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, Document Imaging, and Capture.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server for custom development.
• Experience with OnBase API, Unity API, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with document processing, indexing, versioning, and retention policies.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process modeling.
• Experience configuring, administering, upgrading, and maintaining OnBase systems.
