Description

You will extend the OnBase platform through programming, configuration, and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflow solutions and system enhancements within the OnBase platform.
• Analyze business processes to automate repetitive tasks and implement scripted job aids.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, uncover business rules, and create user stories.
• Perform peer reviews and testing of programmatic functionality to ensure quality.
• Coordinate departmental changes from initial analysis through to implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an OnBase programmer, including API support.
• OnBase API development expertise, including XML.
• Experience with OnBase workflow development and integrations.
• Proficiency in software development processes, specifically agile/scrum methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong technical problem-solving and project deployment skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Higher Ed environments.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft SIS.
• Integration experience with DocuSign and Salesforce.
