Description

You will extend OnBase platform functionality through custom programming, system configuration, and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workflow solutions and system enhancements within the OnBase platform.
• Analyze business processes to automate repetitive tasks and implement scripted job aids.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, uncover business rules, and create user stories.
• Perform peer reviews and testing of programmatic functionality to ensure quality.
• Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of configuration changes to support new business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an OnBase programmer.
• Proficiency in OnBase API development, including XML.
• Experience with OnBase workflow development and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with XML.
• Strong understanding of the software development process and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Higher Education environments.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft SIS and integrations with PeopleSoft, DocuSign, or Salesforce.
