You will design, develop, and implement OnBase systems and solutions to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from concept through implementation, including authoring Scope of Works documentation.
• Design, document, and implement OnBase projects for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical service resources to interpret and deliver business requirements on schedule.
• Present and demonstrate OnBase solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior developers to strengthen their OnBase technical capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven development experience in Hyland OnBase systems.
• Strong understanding of Content Services (ECM) platforms.
• Proficiency in C#, WPF, XAML, and Java.
• Experience with ASP.NET, SOAP, XML, and HTML5.
• Competency in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and SQL.
• Ability to write technical documents such as Scope of Works or Functional Specifications.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft applications and general new technologies.
