Description

You will manage the design, development, and deployment of custom OnBase workflow solutions and ECM technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom workflow solutions that integrate with internal and external IT systems.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase ECM software and infrastructure issues.
• Analyze business requirements to build functional specifications, including interface changes and process flows.
• Plan and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes.
• Support and maintain existing code while creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in related roles.
• OCAPI (OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface) certification.
• OCWV (OnBase Certified WorkView) certification.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with CSS.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Red Card Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• OCWA (OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator) or OCWA Advanced Workflow Administrator.
• OCSE (OnBase Certified Support Engineer).
• OCI (OnBase Certified Installer) or OCSA/OCASA (System Administrator).
