You will design and implement business process workflows and IT solutions for OnBase.

Responsibilities

• Build and document process workflows and user requirements.
• Analyze business problems and develop technical solutions.
• Gather and communicate requirements from project stakeholders.
• Estimate development effort and analyze feasibility regarding time and cost.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and solve complex business problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or related IT roles.
• Strong ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
• Experience with IT solution architecture.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms.
• Effective task planning, prioritization, and time management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.
