Description

You will manage the OnBase Case Management System, maintaining operational databases and supporting executive decision-making through technical updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the case processing database, including closure dates, routing information, and recommendations.
• Manage case routing and process charges for walk-in, mail-in, and online submissions.
• Prepare and submit cases to the Central Office for the Confirmation Agenda.
• Compile reports, prepare investigation folders, and manage physical and digital filing systems.
• Update the Executive Director on system status and developments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with OnBase Case Management System.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with .Net.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Ability to formulate decisions regarding policy and procedure application.
• Competency in managing databases and office equipment.
