Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure the OnBase system to meet operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for users.
• Monitor system performance to ensure stability within the environment.
• Execute routine administration tasks and updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with OnBase systems.
• Direct experience in OnBase system administration and maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to manage system configurations effectively.
• Experience supporting enterprise document management solutions.
