Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams to define project scope and requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications for software development projects.
• Develop project scope of work documents, project plans, and process flows.
• Create visual representations of requirements including flow charts, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Liaise between stakeholders and developers to ensure technical implementation aligns with business needs.
• Identify requirement gaps or inconsistencies and propose functional solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments.
• Proficiency in creating flow charts, UML diagrams, and using wireframing software.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to use interviewing techniques to extract clear requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP or CCBA.
