Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding workflows and staffing processes for US-based roles.
• Lead and direct team operations to ensure successful candidate integration.
• Execute contract negotiations and manage diverse employment models.
• Oversee compliance across various tax and contract classifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US Staffing as an Onboarding Manager.
• Expertise in W2, 1099, and C2C employment models.
• Direct experience with MSP/VMS systems.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and general negotiation.
• Deep understanding of various staffing models.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work night shifts.

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.
