Description

You will provide technical guidance and end-to-end troubleshooting for customers integrating and maintaining cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting through root cause identification and final resolution.
  • Direct customers on technical integration, deployment, and maintenance of the service.
  • Document bugs and collaborate with Engineering to resolve product issues impacting customers.
  • Create troubleshooting documentation and process improvements for the support knowledge base.
  • Provide feedback to training and documentation teams to address emerging technical issues.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or System Administration.
  • Expertise in Windows Server and Windows Workstation.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Office 365, Google Apps, and Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Workday, NetSuite, and Box.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to learn modern identity and access management technologies quickly.
