Description

Provide technical guidance and end-to-end troubleshooting for customers integrating and maintaining cloud services. Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting through root cause identification and final resolution.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers on technical integration, deployment, and maintenance of OneLogin services.
• Document bugs and collaborate with Engineering to resolve product issues impacting customers.
• Create troubleshooting documentation and process improvements for the support knowledge base.
• Provide feedback to training and documentation teams to address emerging technical issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or System Administration.
• Expertise in Windows Server and Windows Workstation environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
• Experience with Office 365, Google Apps, and Salesforce integrations.
• Working knowledge of Workday, NetSuite, and Box platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to learn modern identity and access management technologies quickly.
