Description

Design and implement technical architectures for the Property & Casualty insurance domain using the OneShield platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development of solutions using OneShield and Azure.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs for business processes, technical architecture, and integrations.
• Design integration workflows using WebMethods and implement PL/SQL queries for Oracle systems.
• Oversee server management and optimize server-side performance.
• Mentor technical teams and review deliverables to ensure compliance with architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical roles.
• Proficiency in OneShield platform architecture and configurations.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services and infrastructure.
• Advanced expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL programming.
• Hands-on experience with WebMethods integration platform.
• Knowledge of server management and networking principles.
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance domain, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, and billing.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience in microservices architecture and API development.
