Description

Lead full lifecycle OneStream implementations and technical delivery as a Solution Architect.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead OneStream projects from requirement gathering and design through delivery and risk assessment.
• Own technical modules and provide guidance to junior staff on their deliverables.
• Produce key documentation including requirements, design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders to define and implement sustainable initiatives.
• Manage project scope, client expectations, and the quality of all technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct experience with OneStream Software implementations.
• At least two full lifecycle OneStream Software projects completed as a Solution Architect.
• 12+ years of experience with EPM tools, specifically Oracle HFM, Planning, and FDMEE.
• 5+ years of Financial Consolidation project management experience focusing on OneStream or Oracle HFM.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal technical or functional direction.
• Experience with both traditional and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working on proposal cycles and practice building activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop employees and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• University degree in Business, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
