Description

You will drive technical delivery and implement strategic OneStream initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own specific modules and provide guidance to junior staff on their deliverables.
• Gather requirements, plan delivery, and assess technical risks.
• Prepare key documentation including requirements, design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Manage project scope, client expectations, and issue resolution.
• Develop accelerators to simplify repetitive workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with OneStream Software implementations.
• At least two full lifecycle OneStream Software projects.
• 5+ years of Financial Consolidation project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of OneStream Software or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of Corporate Performance Management concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Hyperion and Oracle Database.
• Experience with both traditional and Agile project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
