Description

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of online site solutions, services, product, and industry content to ensure accuracy and timely publication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product marketing, globalization, and product launch teams to scope content needs, establish goals, and set publishing dates.
• Define detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage online content creation and publishing workflows.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing, approving, and addressing content issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for updating and maintaining published content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
• 5+ years of experience defining project schedules and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as SmartSheets, Clarizen, Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working with product marketing and web design teams.
• Ability to operate independently while building relationships with localization, graphic design, and web publishing teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing online web content.
• Experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodology (Jira, VersionOne, or Pivotal Tracker).
