Description

You will manage service delivery for subscription order management and billing processes in high-tech environments, designing solutions for complex provider contract problems and configuring end-to-end billing workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure billable item management, consumption items, and billing plans.
• Manage complex discounting at the master agreement and invoice levels.
• Execute re-rating, reversal, and partner settlement processes.
• Oversee integration and technical workflows involving business events, BAPIs, and user-exits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in high-tech subscription order management (SOM) and provider contracts.
• Deep expertise in SAP SOM (CRM), SAP CC (Convergent Charging), and SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing).
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI-CA and SAP CM (Convergent Mediation).
• Technical knowledge of S/4HANA processes and integration.
• Experience with B2B, EDI, and online customer-facing eCommerce solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM Middleware and pricing/contract management.
• Knowledge of BAPIs, business events, and user-exits within SAP modules.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
