Description

You will lead accessibility testing efforts and manage offshore resources to ensure digital compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a team of 12 offshore accessibility testers.
• Manage daily project execution and assist leadership with strategic priorities.
• Support project management tasks including estimation, time tracking, budgeting, and status reporting.
• Execute testing and issue resolution for standard testing and annual audit scans.
• Interface with project teams and stakeholders to communicate testing results.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in testing or quality engineering.
• Deep knowledge of WCAG requirements and digital accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience leading or overseeing offshore teams.
• Proficiency with Manual Keyboard Testing, JAWS, axe DevTools, Color Contrast Analyzer, and Space Bookmarklet.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Strong functional and non-functional software validation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with mobile testing on iOS and Android platforms.
