Description

You will lead the design, development, and execution of automation frameworks for web and mobile applications while managing a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks for both web and mobile platforms.
• Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure productive delivery.
• Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Execute functional testing sprints alongside automation leadership duties.
• Lead defect management, triage, and reporting processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and client test leads to align testing with requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in automation testing, including 4+ years in a lead or senior role managing offshore teams.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks for web and mobile.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing and maintaining test scripts.
• Direct experience with Selenium and Appium.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Experience using test management tools like Jira or TestRail.
• Strong background working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior onsite experience in North America in a client-facing lead role.
• Exposure to AI-capable automation tools or TestIM.
