Lead large-scale data migration and solution architecture for PLM enterprise systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data migration strategies, including best practices and roadmap planning for Windchill and Thingworx.
• Lead end-to-end migration projects using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) for extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Manage requirements gathering, source data analysis, and data mapping sessions with customers.
• Direct onsite and offshore execution teams to deliver large business transformation programs.
• Oversee complex migrations involving CAD data and non-Windchill to Windchill transitions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data migration and solution architecture.
• Expertise in Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) with at least 3-4 completed migration projects.
• Deep knowledge of Windchill architecture, object models, relationships, and content.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill and Thingworx PLM systems.
• Proven track record of migrating Windchill to cloud-based target systems.
• Strong background in the Medical Devices industry, including UDI, regulatory compliance, and change control.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server for large dataset analysis.
• Ability to perform database scripting and complex data mapping.
• Experience performing source data analysis and migration requirements gathering.
