Lead architecture, design, and development for new and existing products in Denver, CO.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement application components using Java and Tapestry.
• Lead high-performing development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate with customers and offshore teams to ensure deliverables reach closure.
• Review design, code, and unit tests to maintain quality standards.
• Debug complex issues and oversee product development activities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Tapestry and Core Java programming.
• Strong proficiency in J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, and Web Services.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and web performance/cross-browser compatibility.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience managing on-site and offshore delivery models.
• Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Angular, and Kafka.
