Description

Lead fullstack development and application design using Tapestry and Core Java.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing development teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Design and implement application components using Java and Tapestry.
• Manage project delivery within onsite and offshore models, coordinating with offshore teams.
• Drive application development across the full stack, from backend services to frontend performance.

Required Skills

• 9 to 12 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tapestry and Core Java programming.
• Proficiency in J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Web Services and Node.js.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and web performance optimization.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Kafka, and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.
• Database experience with Oracle DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering.
