Description

Manage onsite and offshore delivery for automotive embedded and EV projects. Coordinate between teams to ensure implementation continuity and partner with technical leads to remove roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure implementation continuity.
• Partner with technical leads and architects to identify and remove technical roadblocks.
• Manage client relationships, including expectations, negotiations, escalations, and feedback.
• Track team velocity, analyze variations, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports during cadence reviews and manage financial metrics.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Automotive embedded systems.
• Deep knowledge of Embedded C, Automotive protocols, ASPICE, AUTOSAR, and FuSa.
• Proven experience managing large teams in onshore/offshore environments.
• Strong background in the automotive domain and EV technology.
• Ability to manage business-level client relationships and account processes.
• Experience with various software development life cycle models.
• Capability to conceptualize and present business proposals.
• Familiarity with Enterprise architecture problems and solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in driving business growth through proactive customer engagement across different divisions.
