Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Oracle Policy Automation applications across Dev, UAT, and Production environments. You will own the full lifecycle of OPA solutions, from rule design to deployment in large, integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop business rules and debug rule XMLs using OPA features like Inclusions, Checkpoints, and Collaboration.
• Design and develop OPA solutions utilizing Word and Excel plugins.
• Deploy OPA rule bases within large, integrated environments and automate OPA processes.
• Communicate technical requirements and status effectively to various management levels.
• Support application maintenance and ensure robust integration with external systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Administrator or Developer.
• Experience with OPA Assess service APIs and Web Services integration.
• Practical knowledge of WSDL development and web services.
• Experience working on Integrated Eligibility or Medicaid Eligibility Determination projects.
• Background in Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency in XML.
• Strong understanding of how OPA communicates with external systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL).
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
