Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) solutions across Dev, UAT, and Production environments, owning the full lifecycle from rule design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop business rules and debug rule XMLs using OPA features like Inclusions, Checkpoints, and Collaboration.
• Design and implement OPA solutions utilizing Word and Excel plugins.
• Deploy OPA rule bases within large, integrated systems and automate OPA processes.
• Ensure robust integration with external systems and support application maintenance.
• Communicate technical requirements and status effectively to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Administrator or Developer.
• Experience with OPA Assess service APIs and Web Services integration.
• Practical knowledge of WSDL development and web services.
• Experience with Integrated Eligibility or Medicaid Eligibility Determination projects.
• Background in Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Proficiency in XML.
• Strong understanding of OPA communication with external systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL).
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
