Description

Lead testing efforts across multiple phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance, and End-to-End testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional testing team covering functional, manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Design, plan, and execute test automation strategies and frameworks to ensure software meets requirements.
• Coordinate testing across multiple functional units and establish entrance/exit criteria for each phase.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts while managing the defect log to ensure resolution.
• Define requirements for test data, environment setup, and migration plans.

Required Skills

• 10 to 14 years of experience in manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Proficiency with OpenText UFT, LoadRunner, and Quality Center.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, TestComplete, JUnit, JMeter, or Mockito.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically Oracle and MySQL.
• Experience writing sanity, SIT, regression, performance, and functional tests.
• Experience managing test environments and infrastructure.
• Ability to communicate progress to senior leadership and participate in technical discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a large-scale testing program.
