Description

You will oversee the execution of open-space remodeling projects to transform environments into functional spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and detailed schedules while identifying critical milestones.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors through selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and proposal review.
• Own project budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports to ensure adherence to constraints.
• Coordinate activities across architects, designers, and various teams to ensure adherence to the approved plan.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager specifically focusing on open-space remodeling projects.
• Proven expertise in vendor selection and management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in project planning and creating detailed schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to meet on-site with architects and subcontractors in Denver, CO.
• Any Graduate degree.
