Description

You will lead open-space remodeling projects from initial planning through final execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and detailed schedules while defining scope and deliverables with architects and designers.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors by participating in sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with budget constraints.
• Own project budgets, monitor expenditures to implement cost-saving measures, and prepare financial reports.
• Direct project execution by coordinating multiple teams, monitoring progress, and resolving roadblocks to meet milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically focused on open-space remodeling projects.
• Proven expertise in project planning and creating detailed schedules.
• Strong vendor management skills, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience with budget oversight and financial management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to meet on-site in Denver with architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
