Description

You will implement and configure IBM OpenPages for client customers, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure OpenPages systems and develop custom triggers and helper functions.
• Remediate custom code and configurations following software upgrades or requirement changes.
• Support customers during solution testing and technical diagnosis.
• Communicate proactively with clients to set expectations and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of overall experience, including minimum 2 years in GRC.
• Java coding experience (minimum 1 year).
• SQL scripting experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and identify resolution paths.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React JS / Carbon UI technologies for helper development.
• Direct client OpenPages configuration knowledge.
• GRC domain expertise.
