Description

You will deploy, manage, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters hosting IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) on Azure and AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain OpenShift clusters, including ROSA and ARO environments.
• Manage cluster operations such as patching, configuration changes, and operator lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot pods, services, CRDs, storage classes, and networking issues.
• Create and update Ansible playbooks for MAS installation and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement backup/restore policies for clusters and MongoDB, and conduct disaster recovery testing.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Linux and OpenShift administration.
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring OpenShift on Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Experience with MongoDB database management.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for containerized environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maximo Application Suite setup on Azure/AWS.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration.
