Description

You will administer and maintain Red Hat OpenShift platforms across cloud environments, ensuring cluster stability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain OpenShift platforms on Azure and AWS.
• Perform cluster maintenance, including patching, configuration changes, and operator lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot issues across pods, services, networking, CRDs, storage classes, and overall cluster health.
• Create and update Ansible playbooks for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) deployment.
• Implement backup and restore policies for cluster components and customer resources.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Linux and OpenShift administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift installation and configuration on Azure/AWS.
• Expertise in RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization concepts.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash/Python.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools including Instana, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) deployment.
• Any Graduate education.
