Description

You will design, administer, and install large-scale OpenShift environments within an enterprise setting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer large OpenShift installations or implement Kubernetes solutions.
• Deploy resources across Azure or other major cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines utilizing Docker or Podman containers.
• Manage networking components including DNS, DHCP, load balancers, VIPs, certificates, and proxies.
• Integrate enterprise storage options such as NetApp or EMC for OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or administration.
• Expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes implementation.
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Docker or Podman for containerized CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Working knowledge of networking, proxies, and certificates.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage solutions for container orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience architecting Azure RedHat OpenShift.
• Kafka administration or design experience.
• Knowledge of vSphere/VMware and vendor selection for enterprise storage.
