Description

You will lead the migration of applications from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to Red Hat OpenShift.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing application architectures, dependencies, and deployment configurations on PCF.
• Execute application migrations to OpenShift clusters while maintaining functionality and minimizing disruption.
• Implement configuration changes and manage container orchestration using platform best practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, container errors, and platform-specific issues within OpenShift.
• Optimize application settings and container resource utilization for performance and scalability.
• Apply security protocols including RBAC, secrets management, and corporate policy compliance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise container platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency with OpenShift cloud platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD tools using Harness.
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns, microservices, and application modernization.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and Helm charts/modules.
• Experience using Autosys.
• Bachelor's degree.
