Description

Lead the migration of applications from Pivotal Cloud Foundry to OpenShift clusters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing application architectures, dependencies, and deployment configurations on PCF.
• Execute application migrations to OpenShift while maintaining functionality and minimizing disruption.
• Configure and deploy migrated applications using container orchestration best practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, container errors, and platform-specific issues within OpenShift.
• Optimize application and container settings for performance, scalability, and resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise container platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in OpenShift cloud platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD tools using Harness.
• Knowledge of cloud-native patterns, microservices, and application modernization.
• Proficiency in scripting with Shell and Helm charts/modules.
• Experience with Autosys.
