Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher Managed Kubernetes Clusters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect highly available, scalable, and secure container platforms using Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher (RKE/RKE2).
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch OpenShift and Rancher clusters.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and the EFK stack.
• Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and application issues, performing root cause analysis and optimizing performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher (RKE/RKE2).
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations.
• Experience supporting mixed OS environments (Windows and Linux).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OpenShift and Rancher technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as RHCA, CKA, or CKAD.
• Active participation in the Kubernetes community.
