Description

You will design and execute OpenShift adoption across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with security and architectural frameworks. You will own the stability of large-scale cloud solutions by resolving complex platform issues and implementing continuous monitoring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based procedures for compliance and asset inventory.
• Build complex infrastructure programmatically using automation and scripting.
• Develop companywide engineering standards for cloud technology solutions.
• Partner with production support teams to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
• Resolve escalated coding and testing issues to maintain environment stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, securing, and managing OpenShift.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux operating systems and container orchestration.
• 3+ years of experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps concepts using Jenkins, GitLab, Tekton, Harness, or ArgoCD.
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools including Splunk, Grafana, AppD, New Relic, Elastic, or OpenTelemetry.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python for infrastructure automation.
• Practical experience with Cloud methodologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and storage concepts within containerized environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
