Description

You will manage the design, deployment, and operational support of RedHat OpenShift infrastructure in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and administer highly available RedHat OpenShift Container Platform clusters.
• Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions and migrate workloads to containers.
• Integrate container platforms with automated CI/CD pipelines and assist application teams with platform onboarding.
• Monitor hardware, VM, and container metrics to maintain cluster health and manage scaling thresholds.
• Automate repeatable tasks using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with RedHat OpenShift infrastructure design and deployment.
• Experience with AWS, including Lambda and Step Functions.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, and Nexus.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and JBoss.
• Knowledge of WebSphere (WAS) or WebSphere Extended Support (WXS).
• Ability to perform capacity analysis and performance tuning of infrastructure components.
• Experience defining and documenting technical standards and guidelines.
• Participate in rotational 24x7 on-call support and work with vendors to troubleshoot platform integrations.
