What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to improve platform stability and reliability.
• Implement observability, automation, and CI/CD practices to enhance operational efficiency and stability.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience supporting high-availability applications and middleware in complex environments.
• Hands-on automation and configuration management skills, with proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong Linux administration experience, preferably with RHEL, supporting enterprise production workloads.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and container-adjacent hosting models
