Description

You will manage and optimize containerized applications within large-scale enterprise OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy containerized applications using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Implement resiliency and scalability patterns including circuit breakers, retries, and bulkheads.
• Design APIs using spec-driven development practices like OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, or GitHub Actions.
• Monitor system performance and observability using ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience focused on containerization.
• Expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Harness, and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems and OS-level configuration.
• Hands-on experience with logging and telemetry tools: ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with spec-driven development using OpenAPI or AsyncAPI.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with OpenShift Operators, Helm charts, and custom resources.
