Description

You will administer and secure OpenShift platforms, managing containerized microservices and ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer OpenShift clusters, including OpenShift Data Foundation, Platform Plus, and Advanced Cluster Management.
• Migrate and refactor applications to containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage container security with Advanced Cluster Security and handle Ceph administration.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and automated deployment tools.
• Document processes, train team members, and troubleshoot complex networking and application issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with OpenShift Administration and Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of Linux Containers (Docker) and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, JBoss, nginx, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Experience with Dynatrace or QRadar for container and pod-level monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile teams and practices (Kanban, sprints).
• Knowledge of SSL certificates and emerging container technologies.
