Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift Administration and Operations. • Strong practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). • Expertise in container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes. • Experience in migrating containerized applications across environments or cloud platforms. • Strong understanding of OpenShift architecture, cluster operations, workload management, and troubleshooting. • Experience with container networking, ingress, routes, storage classes, persistent volumes, and security policies. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Strong Linux administration skills. • Ability to independently coordinate with multiple technical teams and stakeholders. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
