Description

Manage the uptime, performance, and compliance of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure OpenShift clusters and containerized applications.
• Provide technical assessment and advisory for OCP installations, system upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot OCP configurations, services, and container issues through collaboration with vendors and IT teams.
• Automate deployment processes and maintain technical documentation for design, backup, and recovery.
• Manage clusters for performance, availability, and capacity planning while ensuring container security compliance.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of practical experience implementing OpenShift or Kubernetes environments.
• Expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Kubernetes.
• Experience with container configuration management, including Helm and app-of-apps concepts.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application development, specifically Java Spring Boot.
• Strong background in Linux administration, virtualization, networking, and security.
• Ability to provide Level 3 technical support.
